• This workshop had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you are interested please let us know and you will be informed of the new date in 2015.

    The workshop aims

to nurture and build capacity for becoming a lifelong, wise, loving warrior; a sustainaing combatant in the struggle for life in all its richness.

    We will focus
on the resources you have from your heritage of being, from within yourself, from your human community and from the rest of nature. Our challenge is to find a way to thrive through service to life that enhances one's own life.

    Our purpose
is to take the pressure off; to liberate particpants from excessive responsiblity-  'it isn't all in your hands or our hands either' and to nurture acceptance of diversity as part of web building.

The workshop provides space away from the front line to enrich participants life supports for warrior-ship and to rediscover the "touch points" that re-invigorate activism through reflection and nature connectedness.

We are not here to prescribe particular strategies or actions.

An ecology of perspectives and strategies are what is needed to effect enduring change. Which ones are more effective or meaningful for your purpose is for particpants to determine. We honor that what is needed depends on the context, circumstances and personal/group capabilities.

The questions we will ask include:

    *  What is the relevant meaning of warrior-ship?
    *  How to become a wise, courages, disciplined, creative, sustainable
  •     activist for all of life?
    *  What is it that equips me to be a sustainable activist?
    *  What practices do I engage in that drain my energy?
    *  What do I need to become a person committed to the Eart for life?
    *  How can my committment nurture my life?
    *  Is fighting against an enemy the same as fighting for a cause?
    *  Is is necessary to have an adversary to be a warrior?
